Founded in December 2004, Zhucheng Dongxiao Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Zhucheng Dongxiao) is jointly invested by New Zealand G&M Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., Zhucheng Guang Hao Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Shengda Commercial & Trade Co., Ltd. , covering an area of 21 hectares and having the total investment of USD109 million. It is located in the west of Jiaozhou Bay of Yellow Sea, close to Qing-Lai and Qing-Xu Expressway, where communication and transportation are very convenient.
Zhucheng Dongxiao has established a corn starch deep-processing system with the following annual production capacity: 600,000 tonnes of maltose syrup, 350,000 tonnes of maltodextrin, 300,000 tonnes of dextrose monohydrate, 50,000 tonnes of sorbitol, 50,000 tonnes of citric acid, 50,000 tonnes of lysine and 10,000 tonnes of erythritol. Its products sell well all over the country and are exported to South Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe and the US.
Moreover, Zhucheng Dongxiao has obtained the certification of ISO9001: 2000 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system and HACCP food safety management system.
