Henan Billions Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Henan Billions), whose former name is Jiaozuo Chemical General Plant (Jiaozuo Chemical Plant), was built in 1975. In 2001, Jiaozuo Chemical Plant changed its name to Henan Haoke Chemical Co., Ltd. (Henan Haoke). A year later, Henan Haoke changed its name to Henan Billions.
