- KingAgroot approved the English common name "Flupymezotiaz" for a novel mesoionic insecticide.
Regarding policy, Heilongjiang issued guidance on managing major crop diseases, pests, weeds and rodents to support agricultural production and pest control; Jiangsu published the Jiangsu Province Agricultural Product Quality and Safety Regulations.
As for pest and disease, the overall insect pest situation in Heilongjiang Province is forecast to be mainly light to moderately light in 2026, but soybean pests are generally moderately prevalent; Guizhou Province are predicted to occur more heavily in 2026, while pests and diseases on fruit, vegetables, tea and other major cash crops will be moderate, locally heavy.
