Governmental Direction

On 16 June, 2025, MARA issued a notice on Several Measures to Strengthen the Whole Chain Management of Crop Varieties, aiming to accelerate the cultivation of breakthrough new varieties, enhance the demonstration and promotion of major varieties, and continuously improve the capacity to ensure the supply of food and other important agricultural products.

Price

In June 2025, both prices of 98.5% lysine and 70% lysine declined MoM.

Import and Export

In May 2025, methionine export volume increased by 15.27% MoM, while the import volume declined by 4.41% MoM.
