Shine Star invested USD834,898.77 (RMB6.00 million) to cancel the existing production of L-Isoleucine and L-Valine and rebuild the production line of creatine monohydrate, which will add 12,000 t/a new production capacity of creatine monohydrate after the completion of the project.

Governmental Direction

In late Nov., the China Biotech Fermentation Industry Association (CBFIA) released the industry standard National Food Safety Standard - Nutrition Enhancer L-aspartic acid Magnesium draft for comments, with the deadline for feedback set until 24 Dec., 2024.

Price: Prices of 98% tryptophan reached USD7,672.46/t in Dec. 2024, edging up by 2.98% MoM and slipping by 27.62% YoY.

Import and Export.

In Nov., due to market supply and demand factors, lysine ester and salt import volume surged MoM while export volume declined by 6% MoM.
