Fungicide technical markets consolidated with weak stability in November as key raw material prices trended higher overall, though several chemical inputs experienced significant volatility. Market sentiment remained cautious, with overall demand weakness continuing to pressure markets despite some price support from supply constraints.

Disease Situation
Stripe rust incidence in Ningxia autumn seedlings remained light in 2025, similar to 2022–2023 levels. The affected area reached 10,900 hectares, accounting for 46.6% of the region's winter wheat cultivation.
Initial detection in Yuanzhou District occurred on 20 October, two days later than in 2024. The mild outbreak was primarily attributed to low inoculum levels due to summer heat and drought, combined with sowing delays caused by autumn rains. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued guidance on 30 October for controlling winter oilseed rape diseases at seedling stage, targeting blight, damping-off, sclerotiniose, club root and downy mildew through resistant varieties, crop rotation and seed treatments.
Trade
China exported 23,565.65 tonnes of fungicide formulations in October 2025, up 1.71% YoY, though export value declined 3.35% to USD106.66 million with average prices down 4.97%.
