China's glyphosate price keeps stable and undervalued in August 2011, and about 12 glyphosate technical manufacturers are under formal operation. However, most of them are undergoing profit loss. If they suspend production, they will loss market and experience greater profit loss.
In Mid-August 2011, Brazil ceased antidumping mid-term review investigation on Chinese glyphosate, which is good news for Chinese glyphosate industry. However, the whole progress of this anti-dumping investigation petition in Brazil market hasn't aroused much concern in Chinese market.
China's glyphosate A.I. export sees a slight decrease in H1 2010, indicating the stagnant overseas demand and intense competition from Monsanto. But the total value of exported product enjoyed significant growth, due to the increased glyphosate formulation export and abolishment of glyphosate tax rebate.
