In this issue, there are two concerns, including pesticide companies’ Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and rice disease situation and relevant fungicides in China.
According to China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC)’s public statistics, as of 12 June, 2014, six pesticide companies’ IPO applications have already been accepted, and their prospectus were all pre-disclosed on the process of examinations. Here are the introductions about three of these six applicants, including Anhui Guangxin, Hailir Group and Sichuan Guoguang. The three others' introductions would be published in the next issue.
As for rice diseases in China, we would analyze China‘s current situations about rice sheath blight, rice blast and rice false smut in the sight of pesticides' registrations.
