Chinese economy has slowed down currently, but prices of most food additives are still increasing. There are many factors influencing the prices, such as supply, demand, raw materials, import, export, policies, etc. Then how do these factors influence prices of food additives in China? Will they continue to drive up or push down the prices in China in the near future (2012-2013)? To figure out these questions, CCM International has made surveys on China's market prices of 17 products from food additives and has given comprehensive analysis on the influencing factors by Delphi method. The detailed findings are drafted as below.
