Caprolactam China Product Research Report

China's caprolactam industry enjoyed a steady expansion during the past five years with capacity reaching over 1.1 million t/a as of Jan. 2013 and consumption volume over 1.2 million tonnes. Although China's caprolactam capacity is getting close to meet the domestic demand, China still needs to import a considerable amount of caprolactam every year. Nylon6 is still the largest downstream field of caprolactam in China, but the growth of nylon6 industry is slowing down.
