Dabeinong to put up 720,000-tonne pig feed facilities
Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group Co., Ltd. seeks to establish three pig feed manufacturing projects in Raoyang of Hebei Province, Gaoan of Jiangxi Province and Qixian of Shanxi Province, the company announced on July 4.
The total annual output of the three projects will be 720,000 tonnes and the total investment will hit RMB233 million (US$36.65 million). Money needed will be raised by the company itself.
The company will spend RMB67.25 million (US$10.58 million) in building 180,000-tonne pig feed project in Raoyang and the execution body will be Raoyang Dabeinong Agricultural & Livestock Technology Co., Ltd. (transliterated). After completion, Raoyang will become the third production base for the north China division of Dabeinong. The company explains that with convenient transportation, local market faces short supply of high-end pig feed.
In addition, Raoyang batch marketing team established by the company in 2009 has laid a sound foundation for construction of the feed project.
