Venue details

Garden Avenue Hotel is five star and business hotel offering unique services tailored to each customer’s needs. It is located at the Shanghai South Railway Station, which is the first rotundity railway station of the world. Hotel placed the Second Commercial Center of the South and West Shanghai, which is the first entranceway from Zhejiang Province to Shanghai. It is close to the Commercial Center of the Xu Jia Hui, Exhibition Centre and Cao He Jin Development Zone. The hotel is convenient to go anywhere. It takes 5 minutes from hotel to Shanghai South Railway Station and 20 minutes to Shanghai Hong Qiao International Airport, 1 hour to Shanghai Pu Dong International Airport by car.


Delegates are responsible for organizing their own travel and accommodation.

Conference fees

The conference fee includes entry to the conference sessions, conference information, lunch and refreshments. However, fees do not include delegate travel and accommodation. Payment is required before the start of the conference.


Cancellations will be accepted and fees will be refunded (less 20% handling charge) only if made in writing and received ten working days before the event. CCM does not accept liability for any loss of or damage to the personal effects of delegates attending the conference. CCM reserves the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice.


Delegates requiring visas should request a visa invitation letter from CCM at the time of registering for the event, ensuring sufficient time is left for applications to be completed. Delegates are then responsible for contacting the relevant/appropriate embassy themselves. CCM can do nothing further to assist in this process.
