
The China-US Workshop on Farm Produce Processing Cooperation was held in Shanghai from May 5 to 6, 2016.
The theme of the workshop was "promoting processing & trade and advancing innovative development'.
The topics of lectures presented at the workshop included the development trend of China-US farm produce processing, policy support and investment environment analysis, quarantine and inspection requirements for food import and export, and so on.
The workshop also held business promotion activities to build partnership between the participants and about 100 US food processing enterprises, and organized a study tour on the US processing machinery and techniques.
