On November 8, witnessed by Chinese Vice Premier Wu Yi and Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov, CNPC Vice President Zhou Jiping and KazMunaiGaz Vice President Makhambeet Batyrbayev signedthe "Basic Principle Agreement on the Kazakhstan-China Natural Gas Pipeline Construction and Operation between CNPC and KazMunaiGaz" in Astana.
The newly signed agreement will promote the fulfilling of the agreement on engineering construction and operation of the Kazakhstan-China Natural Gas Pipeline, which was signed in August this year.
