On March 18, China Petroleum Finance (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd, wholly owned by China Petroleum Finance Co., Ltd affiliated to CNPC, held its opening ceremony in Hong Kong. CNPC Chief Financial Officer Wang Guoliang was present at the ceremony.

China Petroleum Finance Co., Ltd is the sole wholly owned subsidiary of CNPC that having the national financial license.
