On March 12, CNPC and Guizhou Provincial government signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement after friendly talks on further strengthening cooperation and promoting common development.

According to the agreement, CNPC will further consolidate and strengthen all-round cooperation with Guizhou province, and in particular, accelerate the construction of oil and gas pipelines and natural gas comprehensive utilization projects to increase oil and gas supply to the province. Guizhou promises to give full support to CNPC's oil and gas business development in the province and facilitate the construction of gas pipeline network and auxiliary facilities.
