Shanghai Coatings Industry Association's secretary general Zhang Shuihe also extend warm welcome to guests from home and abroad.
In last two decades, China's coatings industry has seen rapid growth. During the past seven months in 2013, according to Yang, Chinese coatings manufacturers have achieved rising profit as bulk raw material prices continue to decline despite the slowdown in coatings output growth.
"Output growth rate of Chinese coatings industry has dropped from 8.5 percent to 7.5 percent in the first half of 2013,' Yang says.
With coatings products widely used in more and more industries and environmental protection gets increasingly valued by people, self-regulation and market monitoring achieve more attention in recent years.
"Manufacturers have taken efforts to lower the discharge of VOC, meaning volatile organic compounds, to keep pace with national policies on environmental protection,' Yang says.
Titanos representative Ma Yiyun addressed meeting on new business pattern of titanium dioxide marketing. Her speech, entitled "All rivers run into sea, smooth channels make the lead', achieved applause and positive response from the audience.
Besides representatives from related companies, specialists and scholars from all over the nation also gave excellent speeches on technical topics.
