The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has made a positive determination for continuation of countervailing dumping duty on hot rolled carbon steel flat products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and Ukraine.
The DOC requested the US International Trade Commission (ITC) to conduct a completed sunset review for continuous measure of these orders.
ITC will accept further comments from its public hearing and proceed to send questionnaires to designated US importers, purchasers along with overseas producers before the final revocation notice has been made.
