Spain announced its wire prices to stay flat due to sluggish demand on the local market around €490-495/ton (US$676-683/ton). Currently, Spain wire and drawing material export prices are about FOB €470/ton (US $ 649/ton) and FOB €485/ton (US$ 669/ton). However, market sources said the current market demand is still weak and most buyers would expect to wait and see if market will be improved in 2014.
