It's reported that Hebei Yanxin Building Materials Company, a leading Chinese raw material provider has planned to pour RMB4 billion to build submerged arc furnaces to produce silicon manganese for expansion in the city of Fengzhen within region of Inner Mongolia.
This project will be divided into three stages of constructions for building four furnaces at the first stage of the project. Among them, two furnaces will be entitled to initiate by end of 2012 and the estimated completion of final stage will be in year of 2014.
Meanwhile, the designed production capacity of this project is at 400,000 tons
