Chinese Shagang leaves rebar prices flat for mid-May

It's reported that China's Shagang announced to leave its rebar ex-works prices for the second 10 days of May during May 11st through May 20th.

After the adjustment, the company's prices for HRB400 rebar with diameters of 16mm-25mm are at RMB3, 710/ton with 17% VAT. It's known that the Shagang had reduced the prices for this product by RMB30/ton early this month.

Besides, its prices for HRB335 rebar with diameters of 16mm-25mm and HPB300 we rods are at RMB3, 640/ton and RMB3, 730/ton respectively.
