China’s daily rebar production decreases in May

According to data released by China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), China's rebar output totaled 16.84 million tons in May, higher than 16.49 million tons in April.

The country's daily rebar output averaged at 543,065 tons in May, down by 1.18% from a month ago.

In the first five months of this year, China's rebar production totaled 78.66 million tons, rising by 13.2% year on year.
