According to the data from China Iron & Steel Association (CISA), China's crude steel production increased again in late June, recorded historical high.
In late June, China's daily steel output was 2.1812 million tons, up by 0.78% from the second 10 days of the month.
CISA members' output rose 0.97% to 1.7624 million tons as well. However, non-members' output was 419000 tons, about the same in mid-June. It is because the environmental inspections pushed the smaller mills to slash the output.
Meanwhile, CISA members' inventory in late June was 12.68 million tons.
