Wednesday ended on mellowed note with steel prices correcting in both long and flat after 6 week long run. Even though the indices remained unchanged but rebar and HRC price dipped in general across the region. Indicative of usual correction after rally paranoia will be premature.

Firm economic fundamentals and demand from infrastructure is likely to keep the rally intact. Moreover dizzying iron ore levels as production picks up will provide the cost push to prevent any relapse.
