China’s crude steel output increases

According to estimates made by the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), the county's daily crude steel output averaged at 2.144 million tons during September 11-20, rising by 0.7% over the first 10 days of September.

Meanwhile, CISA's 86 member mills produced 1.780 million tons per day in the given period of time, increasing by 0.97% from the previous 10 days.

As of September 20th, CISA's member mills' combined finished steel stocks totaled 13.22 million tons, increasing by 4.97% from early September.
