Baosteel, Chinese steel giant, was included in 2013 China Most admired Companies, released by Fortune magazine. Ranking 15th, Baosteel is the only steelmaking enterprise in the list.
On September 26, Furtune Magazine publisized the list of 2013 China's Most Admired Companies Overall, and Baosteel is the only steel maker which is reported to have world-class quality management, high-end technology and high-valued-added products. The magazine introduced that Baosteel, as the leading supplier of Chinese local steel market, has become the exporter to Japan, South Korea, Europe, America etc. With abundant experience in research and development, Baosteel is growing steadily and sustainably.
Since 2006, "Fortune China" (Magazine) has launched out a survey of "China's Most Admired Companies Overall" locally in China. The list ranks companies by the many evaluation criteria, including the market status of products and services provided, innovation, and other soft powers in aspects of attracting the talents and retaining the key staff and fulfilment of social responsibility.
