Beijing-based Chinese steelmaker Shougang Group's (Shougang) subsidiary Shanxi Province-based Changzhi Iron and Steel Co. (Changzhi Steel) has announced that in the current year up to December 16 its seamless pipe plant recorded an output of over 60,000 mt, thereby achieving its annual production target 15 days ahead of schedule.
