CISA: China’s steel average prices drop in May

According to report of China Iron & Steel Association (CISA), the average prices of steel products decreased by more than RMB100/ton in the Chinese domestic market in May.

Therefore, it's forecasted that the Chinese steelmakers might face loss in May.

Analysts pointed out that the steel prices might remain weak in the Chinese domestic market in the short term due to weak demand
