South Korea’s demand for imported HRC remains slack

Currently, South Korea's demand for hot rolled coils (HRC) has remained sluggish.

It's known that the Chinese steelmakers offered SS400 boron-added HRC quoted at US$595~US$600/ton CFR to South Korea currently, falling by US$20/ton from the quotes in middle of June.

Industry sources indicated that the South Korean buyers have taken wait-and-see attitude towards the market.
