It's reported that the stainless steel producers including AK Steel and North American Stainless (NAS) announced to hike the alloy surcharges for 304 grade stainless steel coils to US$0.79/lb. from US$0.76/lb. for November.Also, the two companies set its alloy surcharges for 316 grade stainless coils to increase to US$1.12/lb. from US$1.08/lb.However, the two companies cut the alloy surcharge for 430 grade stainless coils to US$0.20/lb. from US$0.23/lb.
