It's reported that most of steelmakers in the US announced to raise the prices of steel flat products by US$44/ton after AK steel's price hike.
It's learned that AK Steel announced to hike its prices of steel flat products such as cold rolled, hot rolled and galvanized steel products by US$44/ton on October 16th, leading the local steelmakers to raise the prices as well.
At present, the steelmakers in the US including California Steel, Nucor, ArcelorMittal North America, NLMK North America and Severstal North America have all announced to raise the prices of steel flat products by US$44/ton
