Recently, South Korean Hyundai Steel purchased 80,000~90,000 tons of A3 scraps from Russia with prices of US$355~US$358/ton C&F, US$20/ton lower than the US H1 scrap prices of US$375/ton C&F.
Also, the Russian A3 scrap prices which are equal to ￥27,690/ton C&F are lower than the Japanese P&S scrap prices of ￥27,700/ton to South Korea.
