It's reported that the average prices of the US's H1 scrap in Pittsburgh, Chicago and Philadelphia were at US$345.83/long ton on November 5th, 2012, increasing by US$41.66/long ton from a week ago.
Among them, the average H1 scrap prices in Pittsburgh were at US$344.5/long ton, increasing by US$45/long ton; that in Chicago was at US$359.5/long ton, rising by US$50/long ton and that in Philadelphia was at US$333.5/long ton, up by US$30/ton, all compared to that in a week earlier.
In the given period of time, the average H1 scrap in New York, Boston, and Houston were at US$277.5/long ton.
