The market of Turkish carbon steel flat product is hectic that the import price of hot rolled coil from Ukraine has soared by US$5~10/ton to US$525~530/ton C&F December delivery. On the other hand, the import price of cold rolled coil is nearly US$625~630 from Ukraine with a large increase of US$25~30/ton in Turkey.
