It is reported that Taiwanese rebar mills' allocation has been fully booked at the prices of NT$17,500/ton currently, driven by rising prices of iron ores and scraps and steelmakers' price rise.
It's known that the Chinese Baosteel announced to hike its steel prices for next January, pushing up buyers' purchases.
It's predicted that the Taiwanese rebar mills' total received order volumes are at 100,000 tons this week.
