South Korea’s purchasing prices of Japanese scrap rise

Recently, South Korean Daehan Steel purchase around 20,000 tons of H2 scraps with prices of ￥28,000/ton FOB from Japan.

Besides, Hyundai Steel bought H2 scrap, P&S scrap and Shindaichi scrap from Japan with prices of ￥27,500/ton FOB, ￥29,000/ton FOB and ￥29,500/ton FOB respectively, rising by ￥500~￥1,000/ton from the previous purchase.
