Recently, the EU determined to cut the antidumping (AD) margin rates on imports of seamless steel pipes from Russian TMK to 28.7% from the previous AD margin rate of 35.8%.
In July, 2011, the EU started to impose AD margin rate of 35.8% on those imports of seamless steel pipes from Russian TMK.
