Reportedly, the major steelmakers in the US announced to hiked prices of steel flat products last week.
It's learned that US Steel announced to increase the prices of hot rolled, cold rolled and hot dipped galvanized steel products by US$55/ton.
After that, the major steelmakers including AK Steel, Nucor, NLMK North America and ArcelorMitttal North America have all announced to increase the prices of steel flat products.
Moreover, it's predicted that most of the US steelmakers would follow to raise prices of steel flat products.
