It's reported that Japan's Tokyo Steel announced to cut its scrap purchasing prices by ￥500~￥1,000/ton at its five works from April 3rd.
After the adjustment, its H2 scrap purchasing prices averaged at ￥32,500~￥34,500/ton.
Among them, the H2 scrap purchasing prices in Okayama plant are at￥33,500/ton; those in Kyushu plant are at ￥33,500/ton; those in Tahara plant are at ￥34,500/ton; those in Utsunomiya plant are at ￥34,000/ton and those in Takamatsu steel center are at ￥32,500/ton.
