Japanese Tokyo Steel cuts scrap purchasing prices

It's reported that Japan's Tokyo Steel announced to cut its scrap purchasing prices by ¥500~¥1,000/ton at its five works from April 3rd.

After the adjustment, its H2 scrap purchasing prices averaged at ¥32,500~¥34,500/ton.

Among them, the H2 scrap purchasing prices in Okayama plant are at¥33,500/ton; those in Kyushu plant are at ¥33,500/ton; those in Tahara plant are at ¥34,500/ton; those in Utsunomiya plant are at ¥34,000/ton and those in Takamatsu steel center are at ¥32,500/ton.
