Reportedly, SSAB Americas announced to raise its base transaction prices for plate products by US$30/ton, effective immediately.
The price rise will be applied to all new orders of rolled carbon and high-strength low-alloy steel, normalized plate, alloy plate, cut-to-length plate wider than 72 inches, and hot rolled coil wider than 72 inches for non-contracts.
