Ukraine's crude steel output is expected to rise by 4.6% from October to 2.74 million tons in December, according to data released by the Ukrainian association of metal producers Metallurgprom.
In December, the country's output of pig iron is expected at 2.54 million tons, rising by 6%; that of rolled steel is forecasted at 2.48 million tons, increasing by 4.1%, both compared to the figures in October.
Meanwhile, it's learned that the country's crude steel output totaled 2.56 million tons, that of pig iron was at 2.36 million tons and that of rolled steel was at 2.31 million tons in November.
