Chinese lysine producers hold up prices amid limited output
Lysine prices were unchanged during the week ending February 22.
Lysine producers gradually resumed operation after mid-February. However, with production limited, producers stood firm o prices.
Price quotes of 70-percent lysine were at RMB4.90-5.30 /kg.
Feed millers will limit production, hence decimating the demand for lysine.
