20th CFSE opened in Qingdao

The 20th China Fisheries & Seafood Expo （CFSE） opened in Qingdao on November 4, 2015. Vice Minister Qu Dongyu attended the opening ceremony and met with Icelandic Minister of Fisheries and Agriculture, and ambassadors and delegation representatives of overseas countries participating in the event.
Covering an area of 80,000 square meters, the expo presented three exhibition zones for international, domestic and equipment products respectively, showcasing fishing products, aquaculture species and technologies, as well as aquatic processing and farming equipments. The expo attracted more than 1,300 enterprises from 46 countries and regions of the world, and over 30,000 visitors from more than 100 countries and regions.
Over 20 years of development, CFSEhas already become a well-known platform specialized for international fishery trade and cooperation, playing an active role in promoting fishery resource integration, increasing aquatic product competitiveness, and boosting fishery trade.
