pest
risk assessment (PPRA) following a petition received from the
Monsanto
Company. The petition is seeking deregulation for corn genetically engineered (GE) for protection against corn rootworm (CRW) and resistance to the
herbicide
, glyphosate.USDA APHIS is also announcing today the availability for review of a preliminary regulatory determination, draft EA, preliminary PPRA and preliminary finding of no significant impact (FONSI) in response to a Dow AgroSciences (DAS) petition to deregulate cotton genetically engineered for resistance to the herbicides
2,4-D
