Most recently he was Senior Lead--Actives and Additives at INCOTEC, the international company providing seed treatments, technologies and services where he spent the last nine years of his career. Prior to joining INCOTEC, he was Vice President of Research for Gustafson, Inc. During his 27 years at Gustafson, Mr. Rushing served on numerous seed industry committees and was granted a patent for the liquid application of fungicides to peanut seed.
