2013 US coal exports increasing and infrastructure support iron ore demand

According to the national Mining Association reported that US coal and mineral mining in 2013 will be positive due to clear improvement in US economy and the global demand for mined products, particularly in developing economies.

The increased of US domestic new-home construction and automobile sales forecast to reach 15.3 million in 2013 are supporting the demand for metals.

The Iron ore production will also benefit from infrastructure projects. The coal demand in Europe has increased, especially in Germany and UK.
