China expects steel market to improve in near future

Reportedly, Chinese steel market has showed the slightly improvement last week due to the increased demand.

However, it is still difficult to predict the steel market for the rest of 2012.

Some of analysts are optimizing to see the actual demand will rebound since the US's QE3 policy is expected to lift the business relationship between the US and China.

In fact, China has faced steel oversupply problem and price downward issue for a long time.

Meanwhile, Chinese major steelmakers such as Baosteel and Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation (Wisco) have opted for rollover in October and expected the demand to improve.
