According to statistics released by the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), China's daily crude steel output averaged at 1.96 million tons in the last 10 days of November, up by 0.4% from the previous 10 days.
Previously, CISA estimated that China's crude steel output would decline by the end of this year.
However, the country's crude steel production rose again in the last 10 days of November, making market participants worry about the fact that oversupply may force steelmakers to cut prices to gain orders again.
