Chinese daily crude steel output totaled 1.898 million t in early Mar.

According to the data released by CISA (China Iron and Steel Association), Chinese registered steelmakers have contributed a daily crude steel output of 1.5858 million metric tons in early March of this year, rising by 2.49% from late February. Meanwhile, Chinese average daily crude steel output is estimated to stand at 1.898 million metric tons in early March, soaring by 13.08% versus late February.

As for the market prospect, experts said that the domestic steel price may continue its upward trend in the short run owing to the current moderate monetary policy and rising steel demand from multiple infrastructure constructions.
