It's reported that the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced last Friday that it would place preliminary anti-dumping (AD) duties on imported wind towers made in China and Vietnam of 20%-73% and 53%-60% respectively, topping preliminary countervailing (CVD) duties of already high at 26% against Chinese wind tower imports back in May.

It is said that the final decision will be made by the end of this year.
